Covid-19 FAQ

Fell Pony Adventures are already geared up for social distancing, whether that’s wild camping or on a day trek, as everything takes place in open spaces, whilst enjoying an abundance of fresh, clean air.

Do you have safety measures in place?

In line with Government policy we’ve implemented covid-compliant procedures to ensure all our guests stay safe:

• Enhanced hygiene programme

• Flexible cancellation policy

Can I cancel my booking in the event of another lockdown?

We understand that in these times of great uncertainty your attitude to getting away and or your circumstances may change so you can cancel or move your booking at any time.

What does your hygiene programme entail?

Before each trek our harness and rope halters are thoroughly cleaned and then dry stored for at least 72 hours.

We have hand washing facilities at the start of each trek and each guest is given their own bottle of hand sanitiser
