Small rucksack or day bag

A waterproof and windproof Jacket
Sturdy footwear (no sandals please, you will know about it if a horse accidentally steps on your foot)
Combat trousers are ideal; as they are strong, light and fast drying (do not bring denim jeans)
Crocs/Flip Flops/plimsoles to wear once we make camp
Hat
And spare changes of clothes stored in a plastic bag to keep them dry.
Torch and spare batteries
Wash kit and towel
A sense of adventure
We encourage all our groups to arrive the afternoon/night before the trek to give themselves time to settle in with the ponies, get to know the kit and also be able to make an early start the next morning’s trek to the wildcamp in the fells. We return to basecamp in the afternoon of the last day..
For smaller groups we can tailor a trek to suit your needs.
