Join us on the two day hack & Gypsy caravan camp, immersing yourself in the beautiful landscapes surrounding Windermere. Our exclusive package caters to experienced riders.
£745 per person for a full two days hack on bridleways, forest tracks and country lanes with an overnight stay in a traditional gypsy caravan. Price Includes breakfast, lunches and evening meal. We cater to all dietary requirements.

The minimum age for riders is 12 years old.
The weight limit for riders on our ponies is 12.5 stone (80Kg).
Nestled at the foot of Windermere, our journey begins in the quiet village of Staveley-in-Cartmel, rising out of the valley to witness breathtaking views of the lake below.
Taking the ponies to drink
Two full days riding with an overnight stay in a Gypsy caravan at the Fell Pony Adventures yard. All you need to bring is suitable all weather clothing for riding, a spare set of clothes and we’ll take care of everything else.

ITINERARY
DAY 1 (approx 8 miles)
• Arrive 10 am at our base at the foot of Windermere
• Meet and make friends with your pony, grooming and tacking up.
• Head up the old pack horse route and make lunch by the tranquil tarn
• Spend the afternoon riding green lanes and forest tracks
• Evening meal at the Fell Pony Adventures stables
• Settle down for the night in the comfort of on of our Gypsy caravans
Stay in a bowtop Gypsy caravan
DAY 2 (approx 9 miles)
• Slow breakfast
• Head back into the forest for lunch and a full day’s hack
• Arrive back at basecamp approx 3pm
